How I finished this book broken-handed...
I am Josef Kadlec and I don't have friends among recruiters.
I am a former hardcore software engineer who became one of the very first LinkedIn headhunters in Europe. However, I am still part of the IT community. I'm used to doing things my own way, no matter what utilizing my cross-field experience big time.
My approach is mainly analytical and I care a lot about results. So do not expect any messing around in this book. Only pure facts, unorthodox strategies and hands-on techniques.
I don't aspire for a speaking career with this book. As I am preparing for a title shot in kickboxing with an ocassional broken nose and black eye, I am not a typical role model for being a recruiter, nor a speaker. This book even had to be finished with a fractured hand! No autograph session. Bummer.
So, do not expect a typical book. Reviewers say that it is a fully-loaded, suprising, and juicy reading. I am a straight shooter in this. No games. I just want this book to make a lot of happy faces and success stories. This is the fuel of my passion for all my projects.
